What are the Eligibilities to get a Dubai residency visa for your family:

  1. You can sponsor your family only if you have a valid residency permit.
  2. Your monthly salary must not be less than AED 3000 plus accommodation or AED 4000, exclusive of accommodation.
  3. Family members are generally given visas for 1, 2, or 3 years. Depending on the sponsoring member’s labor contract and nature of work as well as their capacity as an employer or employee.
  4. Expatriate employers are given a residency visa for 3 years. Base on the labor law the expatriate employee will provide a visa for 1 year or 2 years.

  • Long-time residents also need to submit a 3-month bank statement. New residents can submit a bank letter validating salary transfer or a 1-month bank statement.
  • Whether it’s a family visa renewal UAE or a new visa application, you need to pay UAE residence visa fees.
  • Once you pay the fees, submit the application form and supporting documents to GDRFA.  Get the residence visa stamp on the passport of your family member.
